2.3 Opening hours

Go to Store setup → Hours.
For each weekday, toggle Open.
Set one or more ranges per day. For a lunch break, create two ranges (e.g. 
09:00–13:00
and 
15:00–19:00) with + Period. The gap between them is closed.
Save. The system validates and blocks overlapping ranges.
