2.10 Booking window (summary)

The fields in 2.2 control when a customer can book online:

• Minimum lead time — avoids "right now" bookings.
• Max days ahead — how far out you accept.
• Daily cap — limits bookings per day.

On the current day, times already past (and within the minimum lead) drop off automatically.
